وزير الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل يلتقي مديرة منظمة سيفروورلد

التقى معالي وزير الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل، مختار اليافعي، اليوم، في العاصمة عدن، مديرة منظمة سيفر وورلد، أوفى النعامي، ومديرة مشروع تكامل، المهندسة شيماء المحضار.

وناقش اللقاء سبل تنظيم العلاقة بين الوزارة والمنظمة عبر أطر تعاون واضحة، ومواءمة مشاريع المنظمة مع أولويات وخطط الوزارة، مع التركيز على الانتقال من المشاريع المؤقتة إلى برامج تنموية مستدامة طويلة الأمد، وإشراك أصحاب المصلحة في تصميم وتنفيذ المشاريع لضمان تحقيق أثر تنموي حقيقي للمجتمع.

وشدد معالي الوزير على أهمية وجود المكاتب الرئيسية للمنظمات الدولية والوطنية في العاصمة عدن، لما توفره من بيئة آمنة ومستقرة للعمل، بما يضمن فاعلية الأداء واستدامته، مؤكداً حرص الوزارة على تسهيل عمل المنظمات عبر تبسيط الإجراءات وتنظيم التراخيص، بما يمكنها من تنفيذ برامجها وخدماتها للمستفيدين بكفاءة، ويخدم المواطنين ويعزز مسار التنمية المستدامة.

وأشار معالي الوزير اليافعي إلى الأهمية الاستراتيجية لمواءمة منظومة التأهيل والتدريب المهني مع الاحتياجات الحقيقية لسوق العمل، مؤكدًا أن الوزارة تعمل وفقاً لرؤية تكاملية تستهدف بناء قدرات بشرية مؤهلة تمتلك المهارات العملية والتقنية المطلوبة، بما يسهم في تقليص فجوة البطالة وتعزيز فرص التشغيل.

من جانبها، استعرضت أوفى النعامي أعمال منظمة سيفروورلد في بلادنا، ودورها في دعم بناء السلام المجتمعي والتنمية الاجتماعية، بالإضافة إلى المشاريع التنموية الأخرى التي تنفذها المنظمة في مختلف المحافظات.

Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Meets Director of Saferworld Organization

His Excellency the Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, Mukhtar Al-Yafaei, met today in the capital, Aden, with the Director of Saferworld Organization, Ofa Al-Naami, and the Director of the Takamul Project, Engineer Shaima Al-Mahdhar.

The meeting discussed ways to regulate the relationship between the Ministry and the organization through clear frameworks of cooperation, and to align the organization’s projects with the Ministry’s priorities and plans. Emphasis was placed on shifting from temporary projects to sustainable, long-term development programs, and on engaging stakeholders in the design and implementation of projects to ensure a genuine developmental impact for the community.

His Excellency the Minister stressed the importance of having the main offices of international and national organizations based in the capital, Aden, due to the secure and stable environment it provides for operations, ensuring effective and sustainable performance. He affirmed the Ministry’s commitment to facilitating the work of organizations by simplifying procedures and regulating licensing, enabling them to efficiently implement their programs and services for beneficiaries in a manner that serves citizens and supports the path of sustainable development.

Minister Al-Yafaei also highlighted the strategic importance of aligning vocational qualification and training systems with the real needs of the labor market. He emphasized that the Ministry operates under an integrated vision aimed at building qualified human capacities equipped with the required practical and technical skills, contributing to reducing unemployment and enhancing employment opportunities.

For her part, Ofa Al-Naami reviewed Saferworld’s activities in our country and its role in supporting community peacebuilding and social development, in addition to other development projects implemented by the organization across various governorates.
